With LiveOps you are in control of your earning potential with no earning caps. Most clients pay on a per talk-minute basis and some include performance-based incentives. The amount you earn varies based on the time you spend talking on the phone, the number of calls that come in, and the incentives you earn.

You can choose to work as much as you want, in as little as 30-minute blocks of time, making it easy to work around your life and your family. You can choose the hours that work for your business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, full-time or part-time

You’ll learn everything from how to use the LiveOps Call Center platform to what to expect on calls. Our onboarding program consists of online eLearning courses, self-study, and virtual classroom learning sessions. You complete the eLearning courses at your own pace, take quizzes to check your progress, and repeat courses anytime you want to refresh your knowledge. Our certification is provided free of charge!
