Sometimes life throws curve balls. One of those can be caring for your aging parents while still raising children of your own. Many people in this “sandwich generation” struggle with difficult decisions about how to care for Mom or Dad and still provide for their own children.
For Connie, the key to this balancing act is a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home. Connie joined Liveops Nation in 2009 when her mother was no longer able to stay home by herself. Working from home meant that Connie could keep her mother out of a nursing home as long as possible.
