First Notice of Loss

Our First Notice of Loss (FNOL) client's purpose is to help people realize their hopes and dreams through products and services designed to protect them from life's uncertainties and to prepare them for the future. When the unexpected happens, our client is there to restore their customers' lives. Delivering compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy. First Notice of Loss callers are people like you, your friends, and your family calling to report a claim or loss.

LiveOps is seeking independent agents who are eager to make a difference each and every day by providing front line service to those who have been in an accident, fire, or devastating storm.

If you enjoy helping others, being your own boss, working the hours you want, from where you want, then the LiveOps First Notice of Loss opportunity might just be the one for you!

Currently FNOL calls come in from 9:10 am to 5:40 pm EST, Monday through Friday and 9:10 – 5:40 on Saturday. However, when disaster strikes like with hurricane Sandy, the Client may reach out to the LiveOps independent agent community and ask for assistance in taking a greater number of calls and or extending calling hours to meet the increase in call volume at a different time due to the natural disaster. These natural disasters can include, but are not limited to, hailstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and other events impacting a large number of people.

The client is looking for independent contractors with the following skills:

Strong compassion skills
Passion for helping people
Desire to make a difference
Provide an outstanding customer experience
Ability to multitask
Computer savvy
Understanding of auto insurance coverage types and their applications
Commitment to providing one call resolution
High school diploma or equivalent

In addition the client requires independent agents to:

Commit to take at least 60 calls in the first 90 days following certification and then 15 calls per month thereafter.
Complete the LiveOps Call Center certification.
Complete the client mandated program certification, which includes approximately 20 hours of eLearning and virtual classroom sessions and adhere to the certification schedule

LiveOps is looking for people like you to answer inbound phone calls from people who are excited after watching a commercial or infomercial or hearing an ad on the radio, and call to inquire about a product or service. This is a legitimate work from home opportunity providing customer service and generating sales for some of the largest infomercial companies out there.

As an independent agent you’ll be part of one of the largest work from home agent communities. Through free virtual classes you can access all the information you need to succeed, including product information and tips on how to generate sales and increase your earning potential.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who needs the flexibility of working from home on their own schedule or is looking for a way to bring in some extra money.

Peak call hours:

Calls are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Peak call volume occurs Saturday and Sunday between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST.

Required Certification and Call Commitments:

After you apply and your agent acount has been created, you will need to complete the LiveOps Call Center certification. These are self-paced eLearning courses that take approximately 10 hours and must be completed within one week from account creation.
