Contracting with Liveops as an independent customer service representative supporting TurboTax® users is a great choice if you have a passion for delighting customers and are available to work at least 25 hours a week, including at least 10 hours on weekends. Please note all interested applicants should be available to work on April 16th and 17th.

What does it take to provide customer service to TurboTax® customers?

Exceptional customer service is important on these calls. You’ll need at least a year of customer service experience and a demonstrated desire to help customers and put their needs first. Can you think of a time you went the extra mile to help a customer? Then keep reading!

What are the TurboTax® calls like?

You will have access to a variety of online resources where you can research answers while engaging the customer. Your determination to find the answer while making the customer feel cared for and supported will turn the potential frustration of filing taxes into a positive experience.

Before you start answering calls, you will complete a combination of self-directed e-learning and live sessions to familiarize yourself with the TurboTax® software and the techniques and processes you will be using.
