Life & Health Insurance Sales Agent

We’re seeking licensed Life & Health Insurance Sales Agents who want the flexibility of remote work in a non-captive sales model, representing multiple carriers and handling warm inbound demand.

Compensation:

$0.32 per minute of talk time
3.20% commission on issued New Annualized Premium (applications with payment)
Contractors invoice and receive payment for completed services
Independent Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
Holding multiple state licenses may increase call volume and earn potential

Requirements:

Active licenses for both Life and Health in your resident state plus four additional non-resident states
Consultative or inbound sales experience
Ability to work in a multi-carrier, non-captive environment
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Provide your own equipment, including a Windows operating PC (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets are not supported)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handling warm inbound calls from customers seeking insurance solutions
Consulting with customers to recommend appropriate Life & Health coverage
Navigating multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately
Converting qualified leads into issued policies
Delivering professional, high-quality sales experience independently
