Life & Health Insurance Sales Agent

We’re seeking licensed Life & Health Insurance Sales Agents who want the flexibility of remote work in a non-captive sales model, representing multiple carriers and handling warm inbound demand.
Opportunity Details:
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation:
- $0.32 per minute of talk time
- 3.20% commission on issued New Annualized Premium (applications with payment)
- Contractors invoice and receive payment for completed services
- Independent Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
- Holding multiple state licenses may increase call volume and earn potential
Requirements:
- Active licenses for both Life and Health in your resident state plus four additional non-resident states
- Consultative or inbound sales experience
- Ability to work in a multi-carrier, non-captive environment
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Provide your own equipment, including a Windows operating PC (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets are not supported)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling warm inbound calls from customers seeking insurance solutions
- Consulting with customers to recommend appropriate Life & Health coverage
- Navigating multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately
- Converting qualified leads into issued policies
- Delivering professional, high-quality sales experience independently
