No accounting experience necessary!

Tax Support is perfect for home business owners who thrive in navigating software, delivering exceptional customer service, and solving problems creatively. This role is ideal for those who are confident on camera and enjoy providing top-notch support to clients. If you excel in these areas, Tax Support offers a rewarding opportunity to leverage your skills and make a significant impact.
Calls Typically Available:
- Calls typically available 7 days a week, 8:00am – 12:00am ET
- Hours subject to change based on client availability and business needs
- Recommended: 20+ hours/week

Technical Requirements:
- Technology skill level: High
- USB headset
- Operating system: Windows 10. Select clients MAY support the use of Windows 11. (Apple/Mac and Chrome are not compatible).
- Dual Monitors strongly encouraged
- Minimum download speed: 5.0 Mbps+
- Minimum upload speed: 3.0 Mbps+
