Successful Tax Support Agents patiently walk customers through standard software snags, so each customer leaves the interaction with peace of mind that they are on the right track. Equipped with a library of problem-solving information, hands-on certification and support, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, it’s easy to launch or expand a rewarding home business with Tax Support as the foundation. No accounting experience necessary!
Skills & Experience:
Tax Support is perfect for home business owners comfortable with navigating software, customer service, problem solving and being on camera.

Calls Typically Available:
Hours are subject to change based on client’s availability & business needs.
7 days a week; 8:00am – 12:00am ET
Recommended: 20+ hours/week

Technical Requirements:
- Technology skill level: High
- USB headset
- Operating system: Windows 10. Select clients MAY support the use of Windows 11. (Apple/Mac and Chrome are not compatible).
- Dual Monitors strongly encouraged
- Minimum download speed: 5.0 Mbps+
- Minimum upload speed: 3.0 Mbps+
