Application Process:

  1. Complete an application, which includes passing a background check.
  2. Sign a Liveops Independent Contractor Agreement.
  3. Register with Openforce, a free invoicing system.
  4. Select Liveops Assurance program FREE certification.

Certification Process:

Every Independent Contractor who joins LON and chooses to provide insurance guide services to Assurance will need to complete a Liveops readiness certification class, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Liveops provides this certification at no charge. This certification involves:

  • 6 hours of certification, over 2 days to complete.
  • A combination of self-paced eLearning and live virtual classroom learning sessions.
  • Facilitation by the Liveops agent readiness team, who are committed to your success.

About this opportunity

How Independent Contractors Make Money*

This opportunity pays for your productive time spent interacting, assisting and resolving customer issues. Independent Contractors may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

  • Per Minute Rate & Transfers
    • The talk-time rate is $0.20 per minute + a performance incentive up to $2.00 for complete transfers.
  • Sign up Incentive**
    • Guides that sign on with Liveops, complete the certification & handle 20 calls by 5/6/22 will receive an invoice adjustment of $75.
  • Stay bonus**
    • Guides that handle 1,500 or more qualified calls (10+ second calls) by August 4th, 2022 will receive a $250 invoice adjustment.

**Agent Guides need to be active on the program at expiration date of the incentive to be eligible for the incentive.

Technical Requirements for MAC or PC:

  • MAC OS OSX Yosemite or higher.
  • PC Windows 10 or better.
  • Minimum CPU Intel Core i5 or i7 (Recommended 3.0 GHz of higher).
  • Minimum download speed of 15.0 Mbps or faster.
  • Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps or faster.
  • Minimum 10 GB of disk space.
  • 4 GB RAM minimum (Recommended 8 GB).
  • 1 GB RAM (Recommended 2 GB RAM or Greater).
  • This opportunity requires a USB headset.

Hours:

Independent Contractors have the flexibility to choose their own schedule, in 30-minute blocks called commits. Commits are scheduled in advance.  The expectation for this program is a minimum of 120 scheduled commits per month. Same day commits may be available from time to time. Assurance hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday from 8am-11pm ET.

Saturday – Sunday from 8am-6:30pm ET.
