Carol made a midlife career change from a brick and mortar call center to a virtual call center environment. She had the opportunity to work with three other virtual call centers during that time and decided that LiveOps was the best fit for her business.
“I love to cook and now I have the time to prepare home-cooked meals every day. I am free to pick what hours, days, and how hard/long I work. I have independence from a long commute to a traditional brick and mortar office. This saves me time and money in gas and car maintenance.”
Recently, Carol won a place on our 2016 LiveOps Nation Cruise where she had the opportunity to meet other agents and LiveOps staff. It was a chance for her to relax while sharing ideas with other independent agents about what was working well for their home businesses.
The moment I stepped on the deck of the Royal Caribbean Independence of the Sea I realized that I was entering a dream vacation. LiveOps went “first class" choosing a balcony stateroom. Each morning I opened my balcony door to see a new and breathtaking part of the Caribbean and feel the warm breeze against my face. The stateroom with a balcony made the cruise memorable and connected to our destinations of Belize and Cozumel, plus viewing other countries in between. The view of Cuba was spectacular.
Our meals were served in the three-deck-high Romeo and Juliet dining room. I felt pampered sitting at a table with white cloth napkins, crisp table linen, and shiny silverware. The food was delicious and the service five stars. The ship’s pools/deck area was the perfect setting to rest, relax and recharge. When the sun went down the night sparkled with live music, comedy shows and much more. In our first port of Belize, I enjoyed the shore excursion to see the pyramids and a boat ride through the jungle.
