I love being able to work from my home office. I am extremely happy with the flexibility in scheduling. I take time to reflect on how each call went and think about what I can do to improve and also think about the positive aspects that are working well. My schedule will pick up within the next few weeks as I plan to take all of the knowledge that I am acquiring and put it to great use getting busy on the phone.
