Use Your Sales Skills to Become a Work-from-Home Call Center Agent

Patricia Became a Work-from-Home Call Center Agent

Patricia was former sales executive earning six figures a year, but she wanted to work from home on a more flexible schedule. Being a LiveOps work-from-home call center agent is a great way for her to leverage her sales and customer service skills to pursue her goal.

I love being able to work from my home office. I am extremely happy with the flexibility in scheduling. Due to my prior sales experience I learned the value of connecting with clients by listening to their needs and providing solutions and products to best meet those needs. Customer service is really a very crucial role in building a rapport with clients. I am more drawn to customer service type positions, because I love helping people resolve issues, getting the information and answers they are looking for, and I am very empathetic.

I am a new Agent and right now I am spending a lot of time learning product information so that I am confident for the benefit of everyone. Knowledge builds confidence and trust between you and your client. I am working mostly afternoon hours and weekends. I take time to reflect on how each call went and think about what I can do to improve and also think about the positive aspects that are working well. My schedule will pick up within the next few weeks as I plan to take all of the knowledge that I am acquiring and put it to great use getting busy on the phone.

I would describe LiveOps as a company that allows you to work from home with a flexible schedule that allows you to choose when you want to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. A great company to contract with to work from home and make a real income for yourself.
