Meet Jean, a LiveOps Nation Member from Florida who started her work-from-home journey in June 2013. Jean was a Director of Operations for a local data center when a car accident left her disabled and unable to return to the demands of her full time job. She needed to find a way to quickly supplement her Social Security Disability income and starting a home business with LiveOps was the answer.
Now Jean is exploring ways to grow her business. She enjoys taking insurance claims calls where she finds it easy to show empathy for the callers and derives satisfaction from helping others. In fact she is studying to become a licensed insurance agent, which will give her more opportunities to grow with LiveOps.

Since joining the LiveOps community, I have been able to grow and learn about the many opportunities available. As a LiveOps independent agent, one has the ability to qualify to take a wide variety of calls, depending on your personal preference and availability (day/time). Also, most importantly, the flexibility to take different call types, throughout the day, is attractive to me. I plan to be continue being a LiveOps Agent indefinitely because it gives me the opportunity not only to supplement my income; but, more importantly, to constantly learn new concepts, procedures, and help people.
