“My daughter was an agent while she attended college a few years ago. When my job of 10 years ended she recommended I give Liveops a try. It was by far one of the best career moves I ever made.

I’m proud that I took the steps and stuck to the online courses to become certified despite the hurdles along the way. I’m proud to have set up my home office by myself and all the tech stuff I learned along the way.

I enjoy making a difference to that person on the other line.I’m on the roadside assistance line now and I like being the calm voice to customers dealing with stressful and unforeseen circumstances. I enjoy making a difference to that person on the other line. I enjoy the call that allows me to showcase my skills in the various programs we work with.

I’ve been always told I’m a good listener and I pay attention to details. My fast typing, short hand and organizational skills come in very handy along with the ability to be compassionate and empathetic.”
