Top 5 Takeaways from the Orlando Roadshow
Liveops agents congregate in the sunshine state
Laughter, excitement and chatter filled the room at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Orlando Florida at the first Liveops Roadshow of 2019. As the 70 agents filtered into the dining area, attendees delighted in meeting peers, in some cases for the first time ever, in person.
Roadshows give agents an occasion to unite and learn from other agents in their area. Additionally, there’s the opportunity to connect with the Liveops staff and share feedback to help shape the future of their at-home businesses.
If you were unable to attend, we captured the key takeaways from the day.
1. Orlando agents know how to have a good time
Agents and employees got to know each other over Icebreaker Bingo, enjoyed a fabulous Italian meal (bruschetta, fettuccine, cheesecake…need I say more?), and shared ideas about how to help new and seasoned agents improve their businesses.
2. Q&A
Liveops CEO Greg Hanover hosted a lively Q&A session where we chatted about the contact center industry, improvements in technology, and ways to improve agent experience.
3. Agents have GREAT ideas
Agents broke out into small groups to share viewpoints about how to be even more successful at various stages. Some of the key points were to connect with tenured agents for mentorship (Liveops Nation is great for this!), focus and learn all you can from certification, invoice daily, and take advantage of conference calls. We also brainstormed ways that Liveops can help support their businesses at various stages. We can’t wait to put some of these plans in motion!
4. Agent talent is unmatched
With 70 charismatic, energetic and personable agents in one room, it’s obvious why the Liveops Nation continues to grow.
5. More connection, please
Agents had such an amazing time meeting each other in person, there was a resounding desire for conversations after the roadshow. Many made plans to have future meet-ups or connect within Liveops Nation.
