Nike looks for Agent Athletes who:

  1. Are passionate about Nike and athletics.

Successful Agent Athletes will have the following:

  • Customer service & chat experience a plus.
  • Ability to empathize with customer needs & seek solutions.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Comfort communicating with customers in writing.
  • Charisma to connect with customers & connect customers to the brand.

Application Process:

  1. Complete an application, which includes passing a background check.**
  2. Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  3. Fill out and complete a W-9 form.

Certification Process:

Nike requires that every Agent Athlete complete an Athlete readiness certification class. Liveops provides this certification for FREE. This certification:

Earning Potential

This opportunity pays for your productive time spent interacting, assisting and resolving customer issues. Agent Athletes may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Actual earnings may vary depending on opportunity, chat volume and other factors.*

Hours:

Independent Contractor Agent Athletes choose their own schedule, in 30-minute blocks.

Nike hours of operation are:
7 days a week from 8am-6pm ET.

Nike requests a minimum of 16.5 hours a week to remain active.

Technical Requirements:

  • Two monitors of 19’ or larger (laptop/desktop with 1 additional monitor)
  • Minimum CPU Intel Core i5 or greater, or equivalent; 1.6Ghz Dual Core CPU
  • Windows 10. Select clients MAY support the use of Windows 11.  (Apple/Mac and Chrome are not compatible)
  • Minimum download speed of 15.0 Mbps or faster
  • Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps or faster
  • Anti-Virus installed and up to date
