As an Insurance Claims Agent, you’ll collect each caller’s information and provide information about what to expect during the claims process, providing clarity and peace of mind. Your ability to listen to and empathize with the caller while staying focused on delivering accurate claim information will be critical to your success. 24 hours a day
Recommended: 12+ hours/week
Skills & Experience:
Insurance Claims is best suited for agents who can provide a calming presence during a time of uncertainty and are comfortable with data entry.

- Have a nurturing and empathetic demeanor with the ability to connect to people, even when they’re upset
- Are a calm, patient multitasker adept at listening attentively while providing solutions
- Have a friendly, reassuring, and trustworthy phone persona
- Possess a strong desire to follow a problem through to a solution
- Can be self-sufficient and autonomous in a remote setting
- Enjoy the freedom of being your own boss
Technical Requirements:
- Technology Skill Level: Low
- Dedicated digital phone line or reliable cell phone service
- Operating system: Windows 10. Select clients MAY support the use of Windows 11. (Apple/Mac and Chrome are not compatible)
- Dual Monitors strongly encouraged
- Minimum upload speed: 5.0 Mbps+
- Minimum download speed: 3.0 Mbps+
