Successful Tax Support Agents patiently walk customers through standard software snags, so each customer leaves the interaction with peace of mind that they are on the right track. Equipped with a library of problem-solving information, hands-on certification and support, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, it’s easy to launch or expand a rewarding home business with Tax Support as the foundation. No accounting or tax experience necessary!

Tax Customer Support is perfect for independent contractor agents who excel at navigating software, delivering exceptional customer service, and solving problems creatively. This role is ideal for those enjoy providing top-tier support and are skilled at guiding customers through complex questions. Calls Typically Available:
- Calls typically available 7 days a week, 8:00am – 12:00am ET
- Hours subject to change based on client availability and business needs
- Recommended: 20+ hours/week

Technical Requirements:
- Technology skill level: Intermediate
- USB headset
- Operating system: Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations (Apple/Mac and Chrome are not compatible).
- Dual Monitors are required. Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels or higher.
- Minimum download speed: 20.0 Mbps+
- Minimum upload speed: 5.0 Mbps+
Compensation:
- Submit invoices and receive payment for completed services pursuant to contract
- Earn up to *$20/hour: Invoice $0.34 per minute of talk time for providing services January – April
- Agents new to the program are eligible to receive a $200 incentive for meeting client metrics through Tax Day
- Additional performance-based pay may be announced during the season.
- ICs are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
Earnings vary based on time committed, call volume, performance and are not guaranteed.
