Using his insurance training to work from home is a win for Michael and his family.

After volunteering with the Peace Corps, Michael found work at an insurance company and completed a year-long training program to become a claims representative. Today he is using that experience to build a flexible business providing insurance claims services to Liveops and its insurance clients.

I believe providing world-class customer service, showing empathy to the client, and listening to the needs of the client make an agent amazing.

“I believe providing world-class customer service, showing empathy to the client, and listening to the needs of the client make an agent amazing. If the agent is walking step by step with client, the claim process is less stressful.

As a father, I know the importance of being a positive role model. I was so blessed to have positive teachers and coaches in my life growing up in Harlem, NY. I desire the same for my child. Therefore, I try very hard to fit my Liveops business around my child’s educational and personal development.

I built my business to fit my life in so that I can assist my daughter with her education and personal development. In May of 2017, my daughter received the Presidential Academic Achievement Award.

I am most proud of the professionalism that Liveops have shown to me as an independent contractor. When you compare large, complex organizations to organizations like Liveops, I feel that Liveops promotes individual growth and success.

Liveops is excellent for people looking to build a successful business while taking care of their family.”
