Agent roadshow: passionate people and an enterprising mindset
We’re back from Dallas, Texas where southern hospitality reigned supreme
Twenty-five members of the Liveops Nation and their guests joined Liveops leaders for a delicious meal at Winewood Grill, camaraderie, and the chance to meet their colleagues. With agents traveling from as far as Memphis, Tennessee, the desire for connection was evident.
Agents laughed over Icebreaker bingo (how fast can you find another agent who plays music? or one who has been with Liveops more than five years?), asked insightful questions, and indulged in some fantastic key lime pie. We gave away more than $1,100 in prizes and agent appreciation gifts to express our gratitude.

As always, the stories shared by agents were the absolute highlight of the event. The talent in our agent community is mind-blowing.
Autumn, who has a background in corporate training, offered up key observations about how we can make operational improvements, while Sharon, who was a computer engineer before she left corporate America to work from home, is passionate about the variety our model offers.
Pamela, who has a PhD in Educational Management, brought down the house when she credited Liveops for affording her the flexibility to focus on what’s most important in her life. She said that she’s stayed with Liveops “longer than she ever stayed with a man!”
We spoke about upcoming initiatives to help agents expand their businesses and earn more, the spirit of problem solving that is at the core of our company, and the commitment Liveops has to growing our business while helping agents to grow theirs.
The common threads from everyone we met was gratitude, excitement for what comes next, and appreciation of the work the team at Liveops does to enhance the agent experience and deliver excellent service to our clients' customers.
